I'm the author of Leadership Wipeout: The Story of an Executive’s Crash and Rescue, published by Expert Publishing in 2006 (click for a book review). My next book, The Dirtiest Little Secret in Business, will be published in 2010.
Prior to launching The Bolton Group LLC in 2000, I held the position of Group Vice President, Human Resources, for Boston Scientific (NYSE: BSX), a global leader in less-invasive medical technology. Prior to Boston Scientific, I held the role of Vice President, Human Resources for SCIMED Life Systems (acquired by Boston Scientific) and held similar roles for Leica, Baxter Healthcare and American Hospital Supply Corporation.
I received an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, a BA from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and training and certification in executive coaching, emotional intelligence, resilience and related topics from HayGroup, Corporate Coach University, Arbinger Institute, the Alliance for Strategic Leadership and Adaptiv Learning Systems.
